All images on this website are copyrighted. Please respect my copyright. If you wish to use images on your personal or commercial website, please contact me... we'll work something out.All Prices listed are in Canadian Dollars.
Shopping Cart
The shopping cart displays all of your order details including pricing. Once you have added your image to your shopping cart, you are able to adjust the quantity, or add/remove photos. Adding items to your cart does not mean you have to buy them! You have full control to add more, or remove photos at any time before your final checkout. Please do make sure you check your cart over before your final checkout though!
Checking Out
All Credit Card orders will show on your statement as "ZOOMPHOTO INC".
Digital Files
The High and Medium Resolution digital files have a resolution of 300dpi and can be printed at a lab of your choice. The Low Resolution digital files are alrady sized for your iPhone or BlackBerry.
Postage
Postage / handling costs start at $2.99 and go up depending on the size of the print/product we are shipping. Print orders up to 12x18 are normally processed within 3 days, and we ship out on Wednesdays and Fridays. Digital files are usually delivered within hours of Payment.
ZoomPhoto ships to Canada AND the USA. Please contact us if you require Shipping outside of North America.
Product Return Policy
If for any reason you are not satisfied with a print order, we will refund 100% of your purchase price, or you can exchange for another photo. Please note that we cannot process refunds on digital images once they have been made available for download. We stand behind our prints 100%! Please contact us prior to any return and we will give you specific return instructions.
